Matilda’s Bruchetta
A combination of fresh tomato, avocado, feta and red onion served an thin sliced of warm sourdough drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinigarette.
Homemade Spring Rolls (8pc)
Perfectly crunchy spring rolls, fried until they’re golden brown and filled with our chef’s special pulled pork and served with a side of sour cherry dipping sauce.
Breadcrumbed Eggplant
Chunky cut wedges of eggplant, rolled in our homemade breadcrumb and spice mix, lightly baked and topped with a fig and blue cheese drizzle.
Gin Mule
Made with our homemade ginger syrup, Hendricks Gin and a twist of lime, shaken and served on a bed of ice and dry ginger ale.
Florida Fizz
A sour combination of our finest Rye whiskey, lemon juice and coconut blossum sugar, combined with our house white and a splash of port to top it off.
Expresso Martini
For the sweet tooth, a perfect combination of Vanilla Absolut, Kahlua, and créme de cocao served in a tall martini glass with a double shot of Seven Seeds expresso.

A wonderful, upbeat event, with our friends at the Yarra Valley Wine Region suppling only their finest ranges of red and white, with individually sourced accompanying cheeses.
